About the Role

Note: This is a temporary 3 month contract with possibility for extension.

Are you someone who can spot even the smallest detail others might miss? We’re looking for a meticulous, visually minded professional to join our team as part of our Quality Review function. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that product images meet the highest standards of accuracy and brand alignment across our retail partners’ e-commerce experiences.

You’ll review large volumes of imagery to confirm that every detail — from garment drape and color accuracy to background composition and styling — aligns with retailer-specific creative guidelines. You’ll translate feedback into clear, actionable guidance for our systems and cross-functional teams, helping improve future output quality and efficiency.

This is an ideal role for someone with a sharp eye for visual accuracy, strong communication skills, and a passion for combining creativity with process to deliver best-in-class shopping experiences seen by millions of consumers.

What You Will Do

  • Review and assess images for product accuracy, including garment details, color, fit, and overall representation.
  • Evaluate images for creative and brand guideline adherence, ensuring alignment with retailer-specific photography, styling, and aesthetic standards.
  • Document and communicate actionable feedback to improve image output and internal review workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Styling, Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to align quality expectations and continuously refine the review process.
  • Maintain a high level of consistency and quality across all reviewed outputs through strong visual judgment, precision, and organized documentation.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of quality assurance processes, helping scale accuracy and brand fidelity across clients.
  • Identify and track item and outfit selections for assigned programs, maintaining visibility into progress and providing regular status reporting on completion and deliverables.

What we are looking for:

  • You have a BA/BS degree
  • You have 0-2 years experience supporting clients, within operations, or within a relevant creative field
  • Ability to lead projects with detailed requirements and meet tight deadlines
  • Multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Solution-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience within fashion or retail a plus
  • Someone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values.

Salary

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The base compensation amount for this role is targeted at 625,260 MKD annually (gross).
