You will work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and other QA team members to identify issues early, validate new features, prevent regressions, and ensure releases meet our quality standards.

This is a hands-on contract role suited for someone who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced product environment and can quickly understand complex workflows and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Test web applications across different browsers and devices.

  • Test REST APIs and validate requests, responses, authentication, data integrity, and edge cases.

  • Validate complex business workflows including onboarding, procurement, orders, RFQs, pricing, subscriptions, payments, and device lifecycle management.

  • Test integrations with third-party services and external systems.

  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

  • Work closely with engineers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve defects.

  • Perform regression testing after bug fixes and before production releases.

  • Participate in release testing and provide QA sign-off or release-readiness feedback.

  • Validate data consistency across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases where required.

  • Test AI-powered features for functionality, reliability, response quality, and edge cases.

  • Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and overall engineering quality.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing.

  • Strong experience with web application and API testing.

  • Experience writing detailed and effective test cases and bug reports.

  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging web applications.

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, and common API failure scenarios.

  • Experience testing AI/LLM-powered applications and the ability to effectively test AI-incorporated tools and features.

  • Experience testing complex workflows and integrations.

  • Ability to work with databases and write basic SQL queries for data validation.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote engineering teams.
