ACGI Software, a leader in enterprise level association and credentialing software, is seeking a QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer to join our Product Development Team. In addition to the QA Engineer, the team consists of Product, UX, UI, as well as Engineering team members. The ideal candidate must be a creative, focused, technically curious individual who enjoys building a culture of quality in a fast-paced environment. The position is critical to business success and user satisfaction, serving as one of the final verification steps of our Product Design and Engineering efforts. This opportunity requires a strategic thinker and problem solver, a person with a strong passion for consistency, collaboration, reliability, and user centered product development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of manual and automated testing of new product features, product defects, and client customizations.
- Create test suites and test scenarios.
- Identify appropriate candidates for UI automation with Selenium (or similar).
- Work with Director of Business Process Solutions to organize, refine, document, and automate our Jira processes.
- Work closely with our UX, UI, and Engineering team members to deliver fully responsive and adaptive applications.
- Attend daily standups, refinement sessions, and discovery meetings as the subject matter expert.
- Report defects and triage issues with developers to determine severity and complexity.
- Provide estimations of QA efforts for upcoming projects.
- Quality check all engineering tasks for constituency, stability, accuracy, and adherence to our ACGI standards.
- Document and advise teams members, both within and outside the Product team, on QA best practices.
- Create and oversee workflow automations for quality assurance testing.
- Able to excel in a fully remote environment.

- Experience with version control systems and release management.
- Familiarity with Agile and communication tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Understanding of responsive application development and accessibility guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing procedures.
- Understanding of various test automation technologies and methodologies.
- Experience with Selenium test automation (or similar).
