Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a QA Director to join our ever evolving Quality Assurance Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will drive the quality strategy behind critical payment solutions that businesses and consumers rely on every day, ensuring products are delivered with confidence, reliability and excellence. Working at the intersection of technology, innovation and client experience, you will lead initiatives that strengthen product quality, accelerate delivery outcomes and influence enterprise-wide testing standards. What you'll own:
  • Lead enterprise quality strategies that improve product reliability, reduce production risk and ensure software solutions consistently meet business, client and user expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across testing practices and automation capabilities, increasing delivery efficiency, strengthening defect prevention and elevating quality outcomes across multiple applications and teams.
  • Shape quality decisions through meaningful metrics and insights, enabling leaders to make informed choices that improve system performance, customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Influence successful product launches and strategic initiatives by aligning testing resources, quality standards and delivery commitments to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, growth and innovation while creating an environment where quality excellence drives measurable business impact.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience leading software quality assurance functions, including manual and automated testing strategies, within complex technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing quality frameworks that improve product stability, delivery confidence and customer outcomes.
  • Strong leadership experience managing managers and technical teams, with a track record of building engagement, accountability and performance.
  • Expertise in quality assurance tools, methodologies and testing automation technologies, including WebdriverIO and TypeScript.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable quality strategies, influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve results.
It's a bonus if you have:
  • Experience within the payments, fintech or broader technology industry.
  • A Master's degree in a related field.
  • A track record of partnering directly with clients and senior business stakeholders to deliver complex product launches, implementations or transformation initiatives.
