As the Project Coordinator, you will create and distribute engaging and informative content for educators and stakeholders. You will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills. You are a self-starter capable of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with team members and other departments.
The impact you'll have:
- Manage initial client set-up, letter building, and maintenance of all letter templates.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud/Illustrator/Photoshop, Planet Press, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with clients to obtain approvals for communication pieces.
- Maintain and adhere to project timelines for all campaigns.
- Analyze letter runs for validity and accuracy.
- Participate in concept planning, review, and execution meetings; incorporate feedback into revisions.
- Troubleshoot data and minor technical issues.
What you'll bring:
- Associate’s Degree OR equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ years of recent experience as a Campaign/Project Coordinator.
- Working knowledge of XML language and the ability to troubleshoot code breaks is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing work environments.
- Capability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and prioritize projects to meet business objectives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to self-manage and work with minimal guidance.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

U.S. Pay Range
$62,000—$70,000 USD
