Job Description:
The Public Sector Alliance Manager drives revenue across Federal and SLED markets through Pluralsight's public sector contract vehicles and key distribution partners. In this role, you'll manage relationships with Carahsoft, DLT, and other channel partners, to ensure our contract frameworks stay compliant and competitive, and support account teams in structuring and closing business. You will bring a strategic voice to how we expand in the public sector, connecting partner operations, contract execution, and sales growth into one motion.

- Own partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets across the Federal and SLED business
- Manage and optimize Pluralsight's public sector contract vehicles, including direct federal and SLED frameworks, to support active selling and scalable renewals
- Develop and manage go-to-market programs with distributors, resellers, and alliance partners such as Carahsoft and DLT to expand pipeline and drive bookings
- Work with Sales and Legal to structure compliant, competitive proposals and multi-year agreements under federal and state procurement rules
- Oversee contract documentation and execution including NDAs, DPAs, reseller terms, and channel agreements
- Track alliance performance and pipeline contribution in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and attribution
- Partner with leadership on business planning and process improvements that strengthen how we sell through partners and contracts
- Experience within a SaaS or technology company serving the public sector
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, partner portals, and channel reporting tools
- Prior experience working in or alongside cybersecurity, cloud, or Al organizations, with a strong understanding of how technical skill development ties into mission outcomes
- 5 plus years of experience in public sector sales, partner operations, or contract management
- Strong understanding of Federal and SLED procurement frameworks and compliance standards
- Proven success managing or selling through government contract vehicles and distribution partners
- Ability to align cross-functional teams around deal structure, compliance, and revenue goals
- Excellent communication, organization, and business judgement
- This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
- Travel: Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs.

Pay Transparency:The annual US base + variable range for this role is $250,900 - $313,600 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
