Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our team and support our PR department in managing and enhancing our company's public image. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping to develop strategic communication plans, drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and monitoring public opinion about our brand. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. 
Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
  • Coordinate and maintain media contact lists and databases.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare daily or weekly reports.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and press conferences.
  • Help manage social media accounts and online presence.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Basic understanding of media relations and public relations principles.
