Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and annotate clinical interactions for AI training and evaluation
- Provide expert feedback on psychotherapy and clinical assessment datasets
- Develop and refine scenarios for psychological testing in AI models
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to enhance AI’s clinical reasoning
- Apply cognitive behavioral therapy frameworks to guide AI responses
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and psychological best practices
- Support continuous improvement of AI through research-backed methodologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, compassionate articulation
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of best practices in psychological care
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must possess business-level fluency in English plus at least one additional language from the following list: Portuguese, German, Japanese, Persian (Farsi), Polish, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, French, Arabic, Italian, Indonesian, or Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
