Job Summary & Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to generate revenue and meet goals for the following products in our promotional advertising products line of business, as well as any new offerings assigned by your manager:

Promotional Sales Account Executive Duties

· Prospect, qualify, and follow up with new clients to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

· Manage the full sales cycle from introduction to close, moving deals efficiently while fostering long-term client relationships

· Execute email marketing campaigns, including sequencing, scheduling, and tracking using HubSpot Sales Hub

· Present confidently to business professionals, including C-level executives, and tailor solutions to client needs

· Leverage technology, CRM tools, and digital platforms to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast revenue

· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

· Coordinate with internal teams (designers, local market Business Journals) on materials, timelines, and space allocation

· Build trust and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

· Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, and a client-first mindset

· Collaborate in a positive team environment and support group success

· Work with local markets to ensure our solutions compliment local initiatives

· Attend required local market Business Journal sales meetings, promotional sales team meetings, and one-on-ones with leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Skills/Experience:

Minimum two years of sales experience with documented success

· Proven track record of consistent revenue growth and ability to close deals efficiently

· Experience managing email marketing campaigns and outreach sequencing

· Digitally savvy with comfort using HubSpot Sales Hub or similar CRM/sales pipeline tools and other office technology (MS Office, Webex, etc.)

· Strong organizational habits, time management, and follow-through

· Effective communication and presentation skills, including with executive audiences

· Strong relationship-building skills and a connector mindset

· Professional appearance, strong ethics, and a high level of personal accountability

· Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving team environment

· Desire to achieve, compete, and be the best in a results-oriented environment
