The Crown Is Yours
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented associate to join our Revenue Operations team as a Promotional Merchandising Associate. You'll support the daily execution of promotions across key customer surfaces like the promo carousel and banners. You'll help make sure our offers are clear, timely, and visually aligned with business goals. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Creative, and Operations, you'll contribute to a consistent and well-organized customer experience.
What you'll do as a Revenue Operations Associate, Promotional Merchandising
  • Execute the day-to-day delivery of promotional campaigns across key surfaces like the carousel, strapline banners, and landing pages
  • Manage campaign execution based on content calendars, business priorities, and go-live timelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Operations, and Product teams to align messaging and promotional assets
  • Monitor in-app and web promotional placements to ensure offers are displayed clearly and effectively
  • Use performance data to help refine placement strategies, design choices, and messaging
  • Maintain documentation and standardized processes to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support merchandising requests and ensure timely execution
  • Support QA workflows, issue escalation, and competitor tracking processes

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an operational or merchandising role, ideally in digital media, gaming, or e-commerce
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical thinking and familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional settings
  • A customer-focused mindset and interest in how users experience promotional content
  • Experience in campaign execution or content merchandising is a plus

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 25.00 USD - 31.25 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
