The Promo and Offers Manager will develop and execute promotions to attract and retain customers, analyze performance, and collaborate with various teams to create effective campaigns.

About the Role
As the Promotion and Offers Manager, you will be supporting the development and execution of effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling offers and campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.
You will help establish a roadmap informed by experimentation, and partner with Applied Science to determine the optimal methods to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term LTVs. You will partner with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to deploy promotions at scale across all touchpoints but predominantly through CRM (email, SMS) and in-product communications.
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive promotions and offer strategy aligned with New MRR and LTV.
- Program-manage the launch, monitoring, and reporting of Trialist & Customer promotions and incentives in both our Direct and Partner (accountant and bookkeeper) businesses in partnership with Lifecycle Communications and Product teams.
- Create and manage a promotional calendar, ensuring the timely execution of offers and promotions.
- Work with Performance Marketing and Lifecycle to develop creative assets and marketing materials to support promotions in a scalable way.
- Work with Marketing Automation and third party platforms to deliver efficient, user-friendly fulfilment of our various offers including e-giftcards.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and offers, providing regular reports and insights to drive optimization.
- Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to improve targeting and effectiveness.
What you'll bring
- Experience in Growth/CRM/Product with a focus on optimising promotions
- Previous experience running similar lifecycle promotional programs is a plus
- Bachelor degree
- Solid experience in CRM/Digital Marketing
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
- SQL knowledge is highly preferred
- Previous experience in consulting, finance, or banking is considered a plus
