Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the Variations backlog for project contracts (DBA, DBB and DBC), ensuring timely review and resolution.
- Lead the management of new contract variations, including assessment, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and support delivery of variation-related KPIs in alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and manage formal correspondence related to contract variations, including drafting and reviewing contractual letters.
- Provide support on contractual claims and dispute-related matters as required.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly project and contract management reports.
- Support the project team with contract management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with project management, sourcing, legal, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on contractual matters.
Required Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Several years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management, preferably in the wind, renewable energy, or similar industries
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with the ability to interpret and manage complex contract structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong team collaboration mindset, actively supporting knowledge sharing within the project team.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced project environments and provide clear, fact-based recommendations.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and international project environments.
