Job Description

The Enterprise Project/Program Management Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects?) of multiple low complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project/program manager. The projects or programs the employee manages have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates.

• Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation.

• Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements.

• Drives achievement of project or program success factors.

• Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements.

• Acts as an internal advocate for the project.

• Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues.

• Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives.

• Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $50,700.00 - $75,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
