  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,410.00 - $125,190.00 USD Annual yr/annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Job Summary

Reports to Sr. Engineering Manager and receives direction from Operations Team and Senior Process Engineer. Incumbent is recognized for Theoretical Engineering knowledge, fundamental processes and understanding of project management. Product focus includes Healthcare materials. Incumbent contributes to operations, planning, maintenance, and quality as it relates to the Lexington Base Machines. Incumbent participants on ISO Team and helps with and leads center-lining efforts for the asset. Incumbent helps facilitate team work and progression. This role is onsite and will require attendance at the Mill location in Lexington, North Carolina (Monday-Friday).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
  • Manages scope and mitigates risk across the facility.
  • Effectively achieves results that meet business and individual objectives.
  • Assist with technical expertise in the design, development, and construction of production processes and equipment. Completed all related to projects. Completes all work in a safe manner consistent with Halyard safety & quality protocols.
  • Manages process specifications used by external partners (i.e. Engineering Service Providers, Equipment vendors, etc.)
  • Is flexible on work hours and travel required to support problems and technology development.

Education and Skills Required

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree or advanced degree in process engineering or related major scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading capital projects, and collaborating across functional boundaries
  • Experience working with Global Teams is a plus
  • Manufacturing experience in a plant assignment required.
