Job Summary

The role involves deep financial analysis, strategic collaboration with various business units, and the creation of insightful reports to support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights. Experience in a major big firm or a highly regulated industry especially. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Ensure the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects and programs within the banking institution. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and tools, as well as providing comprehensive support, reporting, and oversight to project teams and senior management. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational and analytical skills with a solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in solution selection and implementation, impacting key bank wealth functions.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners, including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and senior business leaders.

  • Utilize technology, including AI-powered PMO tools, to enhance efficiency and track project progress.

  • Manage projects and teams, including applying established methodologies, using change control templates and processes; managing time and recording activities using defined scheduling tools; monitoring budgets; coordinating resource acquisition and utilization; serving as a liaison with internal customers and external suppliers; and communicating regularly with project stakeholders.

  • Maintain a close attention to detail, strong organization, sound risk judgment, and commitment to compliance and excellence.

  • Independently manage multiple workstreams in complex, long-term projects affecting business processes and technology. 

  • Conduct project risk assessments, identify key risk factors, and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans. 

  • Oversee projects and teams by applying methodologies, monitoring budgets, coordinating resources, and communicating regularly with stakeholders.

  • Create formalized reports and presentations, and present them to senior and executive level management (translate complex technical milestones into high-impact presentations for the Operating Committee)

 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree 

  • Experience with Wealth Management Technology and upgrade projects/programs required.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing highly complex technical projects involving large teams

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years technical program and/or portfolio manager experience 

  • Knowledge of the Alladin product and Investment Solution Product is required.

  • Written and verbal communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and external partners
