We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our Early Adopter Program (EAP). Key Responsibilities
- Manage EAP customer engagements from onboarding to program completion, ensuring a structured, outcome-driven experience.
- Act as the bridge between EAP customers and Lansweeper's engineering and product teams, facilitating two-way feedback and clarifying expectations.
- Proactively onboard and guide customers through proof-of-concept (POC) phases to demonstrate value quickly.
- Provide clear and consistent reporting to internal stakeholders, including status dashboards, risks, and customer sentiment.
- Identify trends and insights from EAP interactions to influence product priorities and go-to-market readiness.
- Collaborate with support, CX, presales, and sales teams to ensure alignment across phases of the customer lifecycle.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in project management, customer onboarding, success, or implementation for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of IT asset management and/or enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g. discovery, integrations, CMDB, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects with varying levels of complexity.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with both technical teams and customer stakeholders.
- Organized, quick on your feet, and deeply customer-centric.

- Experience working in M&A/post-acquisition integration projects.
- Experience with cybersecurity.
- Background in consultancy and digital transformation.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments with product discovery teams.
- Familiarity with agile squads or hybrid PM/Scrum leadership roles.
