Job Summary:
The Project Management is a professional who specializes in the evaluation and improvement of engineering project processes. This role involves analyzing project requirements, schedules, and budgets to ensure that engineering projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The analyst works closely with project managers and engineering teams to identify potential issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
• Develop and maintain project plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
• Coordinate project team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status and changes to relevant parties.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Engineering Support
• Provide technical expertise and support to project team.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to develop project solutions.
• Review project designs and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during project execution.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data.
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
• Make data-driven recommendations for process improvement and cost reduction.
Risk Management
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and assess risks throughout project lifecycle.
• Communicate risks to project team and stakeholders.
• Implement risk management techniques to minimize potential negative impact on project.
Stakeholder Management
• Identify project stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates and changes.
• Address stakeholder concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess project data and performance.
• Advanced knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to meticulously document and track project details and changes.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.

The estimated salary range for this position is  63,600.00 - 101,800.00 USD plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
