Who You Are:
You are an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of SaaS development, software migration, and change management. You thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments, ensuring that software development and department projects are executed efficiently, on time, and with minimal disruption.
Your ability to analyze data, assess risks, and track key metrics will keep projects on course while identifying opportunities for optimization and automation. With a strong focus on stakeholder accountability, customer education, and process improvements, you'll enhance efficiency, scalability, and long-term success for the company’s SaaS platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement project strategies to drive successful software development initiatives and SaaS platform migrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to coordinate and implement various projects, ensuring minimal disruption based on project-specific needs.
- Conduct regular analysis of project progress, risk assessments, and impact evaluations, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Hold stakeholders accountable by setting clear expectations, maintaining progress tracking, and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver on their commitments.
- Partner with the Trial Experience, Affiliates, and Field Sales teams to ensure successful project management outcomes.
- Collaborate with project owners to refine and articulate success KPIs for projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Grow the engagement and collaboration between internal teams and customers, fostering alignment in migration and software deployment strategies.
- Support internal teams with process improvements, best practices, and project management tools to enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify and propose opportunities for automation, process optimization, and future-proofing the SaaS platform for long-term scalability.
- Confidently analyze large sets of data to inform decision-making, prioritization, and business impact assessments.
- Drive forward projects involving complex workstreams and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all teams stay on track and aligned with company objectives.
- Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs evolve.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience/Education/Certifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s or PMP preferred).
- 5+ years in SaaS Sales, finance, or data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence conversations and drive alignment across teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira) and HighLevel Platform (Automations, Workflows, Dashboards).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, and collaboration tools.
