Responsible for leading all aspects of implementing and managing assigned Field Operations projects and serves as the main point of contact for those projects. Coordinates tasks with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines and documenting those detailed tasks, durations, and task interdependencies into a cohesive project plan to ensure project goals are achieved within the stated timelines and financial budgets.

As a Project Manager on the Field Operations team, you'll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation.

  • Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned Field Ops projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools.
  • Facilitating and driving completion of all specific deliverables required to support project and priorities.
  • Developing project plans to set key milestones, timelines, and deliverables as well as identifying resource needs and performing quality reviews.
  • Ensuring project resources are held accountable for timely delivery with quality and completeness.
  • Acting as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Successfully managing the relationship with the internal clients and all stakeholders in multiple business units.
  • Coordinating communication with various stakeholder groups across multiple functions and business units that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of a project.
  • Identifying areas of risk and opportunity, manage conflicts; and collaboratively recommending creative mutually acceptable solutions, escalating where appropriate.
  • Providing and communicating project status reports to leadership and stakeholder groups.
  • Tracking costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: Project Management - 5+
  • Skills: Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and software development lifecycle tools and processes (Agile or Scrum methodologies, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, Jira, etc.)
  • Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Jira


Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
