Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines. The role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against established milestones.
  • Ensure successful execution of projects within budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related issues effectively.

Risk & Change Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively address project challenges to minimize impact on deliverables.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Assign responsibilities, track performance, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication among project participants.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Prepare project budgets and manage project expenditures.
  • Optimize resource utilization to ensure cost-effective project execution.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and quality guidelines.
  • Conduct project audits and reviews to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Support procurement and commercial negotiations where required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in project management, including end-to-end project delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Energy, IT, Telecom, or related industries.
