Job Description

We are seeking a Project / Scrum Master who can balance the structure of project management with the flexibility of agile delivery. This role is delivery-driven — focused on orchestrating the right people, conversations, and decisions to ensure successful outcomes across multiple initiatives.

You will operate as a scrum master, lean into project management responsibilities, track progress and ensure priorities align with strategic objectives. While you’ll be able to run agile ceremonies when needed, your primary focus will be on driving clarity, coordination, and execution across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate delivery across multiple programs and workstreams, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.

  • Track and manage progress, risks, and trade-offs across concurrent initiatives — escalating and resolving blockers quickly.

  • Facilitate key discussions to drive decision-making and ensure accountability, getting the right people in the room at the right time.

  • Balance priorities and manage resource allocation to meet competing demands and timelines.

  • Run agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) as needed to maintain momentum and delivery rhythm.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define, plan, and execute deliverables.

  • Provide visibility into program status, risks, and key decisions through clear communication and reporting.

  • Adapt delivery approaches based on the maturity, complexity, and needs of each team or initiative.

  • Coach and influence teams to adopt best practices that improve delivery predictability and transparency.

  • Promote alignment between business outcomes, technical execution, and delivery discipline.

What Success Looks Like

  • Programs move forward smoothly, with clear priorities and well-managed trade-offs.

  • The right conversations happen at the right time — with alignment and accountability.

  • Delivery feels coordinated and transparent across teams.

  • You flex seamlessly between strategy, execution, and facilitation as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5 years of experience managing complex technology programs or projects.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hybrid delivery frameworks.

  • Proven success managing multiple programs simultaneously with competing priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to track delivery, manage trade-offs, and communicate clear priorities.

  • Excellent facilitation and orchestration skills — able to adapt to the needs of different teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution and results.

  • Skilled communicator with experience influencing cross-functional leaders and executives.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

  • (Preferred) Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
