tekHouse, a leading IT consulting company in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Salesforce Commerce. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design and implement advanced solutions in IT governance, security, data management, applications, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that client projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With tekHouse, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that help organizations address their IT security and privacy concerns while deploying advanced and customized application and data management structures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple Salesforce Commerce projects concurrently, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide regular project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and work with key stakeholders to develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
  • 2-3 years experience with Salesforce Commerce.
  • Experience working in the telecommunications industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, security, data management, applications, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Salesforce certification preferred.
