Position Summary

The Project Manager will lead and support the creation of job aids, SOPs, and standardized team processes to drive operational consistency and excellence. This role combines traditional project management support (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) with a focus on team organization, process documentation, inventory management, and facilitating calls. The Senior Analyst will partner across business areas to ensure provider data integrity, facilitate process improvements, and organize the team for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Provider Data Services area, under general supervision.
  • Applies in-depth knowledge of the Provider Data Services field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
  • Identifies, researches, and conducts root cause analyses and recommends process improvements.
  • Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead).
  • Extracts information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs.
  • Establishes, maintains, and aligns complex contracted provider demographic data and negotiated reimbursement arrangements across provider systems.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and drive process standardization.
  • 1–3 years’ project management experience.
  • 3+ years’ provider data services and network experience.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel/SQL skills and data analysis capability.
  • Experience with process documentation and SOP creation.
  • Experience with inventory management.
  • Experience with facilitating calls to support the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading or organizing teams for operational improvement.
  • Strong reporting, data analytics, and project planning skills.
  • Process improvement, documentation, and change management experience.
  • Ability to balance workload and meet key performance metrics.
  • Experience with Medicaid state implementation related to provider requirements.
  • Familiarity with Provider Data/Enterprise, QNXT or provider data systems, and QuickBase systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft, Project Planning, and ASANA

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $91,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
