About the Job:

As a Project Manager/Product Owner within the digital transformation group, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects and change initiatives for our clients in the financial and energy industry. You will work closely with project teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to resolve conflicts and remove barriers, ensuring deliverables are on-time and meet quality standards. This role could manage a mix of Capco and client employees, all working towards the ultimate goal of delivering various projects on-time and at or under budget.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Define and control project scope outlining deliverables, objectives, and outcomes. Manage end-to-end delivery, project strategy, and execution with minimal supervision.
  • Create roadmap and project schedules into delivery phases. Stay up to date on Networks Program and adjust accordingly to client dependencies and concurrent projects.
  • Become the point of contact for your assigned projects. Be reachable and Act as a liaison between the network security team, client stakeholders, and client’s respective vendor teams.
  • Prepare and own various Project Management Deliverables: Project Charters, Business Use Cases & Requirements, Project Roadmaps & Schedules, RAID and Budget Trackers, Project Reporting. Follow client’s PMO methodology on additional documentation that is needed.
  • Facilitate, and lead project team meetings on project progression. Publish meeting minutes and record actionable items to trackers as needed. Be a mentor to network team on timelines, and risks associated with delay.
  • Be able to roll up project reporting to Network Program related reporting and generate process improvement ideas regularly.
  • Coach peers as well as junior project analysts in Networks team.
  • Excellent communication skills to present to clients on current project state and future recommendations to keep project on track.

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • New product delivery, new capability strategy set up, MVP set up (pilots/prototypes)
  • 5-6 solid experience with product owner or digital transformation background
  • Product knowledge of network enterprise technology, infrastructure, telecom technologies, or Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Create Roadmap near term MPV, and future state. 2-year planning, Feature Prioritization
  • Conducting market research on business needs, or SWOT analysis
  • Business architect, facilitate culture change, business models, operating models, business change management, navigate change
  • Create/Publish process documentation, process improvement, process mapping, kaizen, technical writing
  • Presentation skills, customer facing/consulting experience, garner decision making with c-suite stakeholders, understands urgency
  • Confident with uncharted territory navigating new concepts into workable written requirements, as is to future state requirements mapping
  • Minimal supervision to deliver, independently delivered whole product from inception, plan/design, develop, test, to release, or SDLC
  • Energy sector is a plus
