The Role:  

The Project Manager – Marketing will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. This role ensures that initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, product, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Who You Are:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive problem-solver with a focus on results.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

What You’ve Done:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or creative services.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and channels.

Nice to Haves: 

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns and content production.
