Take the Lead as a Project Manager – Email Marketing with Veta Virtual! 🚀

Veta Virtual is hiring a Project Manager – Email Marketing for one of our valued agency clients — a fast-growing company that helps eCommerce brands scale through strategy, creativity, and data-driven email marketing. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager who can confidently lead multiple client accounts, coordinate creative and technical teams, and ensure every campaign and flow is delivered on time, on brand, and with excellence.

To apply, you’ll only need to fill out a short form on our website — less than 5 minutes.

🔑 Your Role:

As a Project Manager – Email Marketing, you’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams — driving outcomes, improving workflows, and maintaining seamless communication across dozens of active accounts. You will:

  • Manage the day-to-day progress of 25+ active eCommerce clients, ensuring all campaigns and email flows are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients — delivering confident updates, anticipating challenges, and ensuring expectations are clear and met.
  • Translate client feedback and goals into clear, actionable tasks for internal team members.
  • Coordinate the work of Email Marketing Specialists, Copywriters, and Designers, keeping everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
  • Lead weekly internal meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) on all deliverables before client delivery to ensure accuracy, tone, and consistency.
  • Manage all workflows in ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana, Notion, or Monday), maintaining visibility and structure across projects.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CVR, Deliverability, RPR, LTV) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists and specialists to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Provide regular progress reports and performance summaries to leadership and clients.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative agency, preferably focused on email marketing, eCommerce, or performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage 20+ clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and strategic contributors.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing tools and workflows, ideally with hands-on experience in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability, and reporting).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with expertise in ClickUp or equivalent project management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — concise, confident, and client-facing.
  • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working remotely with strong overlap in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • A proactive, accountable approach — you don’t wait for instructions, you make things move.

💼 What We Offer:

  • 💸 Competitive monthly compensation in USD based on experience.
  • 🎯 Performance-based bonuses - more info to be shared during our interviewing process.
  • 🌍 100% remote work with flexible hours and a global team culture.
  • 🤝 A collaborative environment that values clear communication, accountability, and growth.
  • 🚀 The opportunity to work with a leading marketing agency serving innovative eCommerce brands worldwide.
