A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Directs daily operations of the project site, under the supervision of the Site Manager

  • Leader in cost control, quality processes, quantity tracking, job book, project documentation, procurement, schedule, and client satisfaction

  • Supervises the Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Project Administrative Assistants, ensuring Blattner processes are learned, developed, and demonstrated

  • Partners with the project team to understand multiple work disciplines and ensure site compliance with IRA requirements
     

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

  • Effective communication (oral, written, presentation), motivation, and supervisory skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio); ability to access job cost information from Power BI

  • Involved with and understands two (2) or more trade disciplines (grading, electrical, structures, or installation)

$94,707.00 - $137,326.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
