What you’ll Do

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for driving the execution, coordination, and daily oversight of a portfolio of data center operations initiatives and technology projects at CoreWeave. Acting as the operational engine of the team, this role ensures strategic objectives are translated into actionable workstreams that lead to successful outcomes.

The Delivery Manager reports to the Program Manager and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to implement systems, processes, and improvements across the entire data center lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and server technologies, paired with proven project management expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be based in either the Central or East region of the United States.

About the role:

  • Lead the execution and delivery of operational, technology, and process improvement projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new systems, platforms, and workflows across teams.
  • Manage project timelines, resource planning, documentation, and reporting, serving as the central point of coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Support data collection, systems integration, and process mapping to ensure tools and platforms meet business needs and support operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track operational risks, dependencies, and blockers, implementing corrective actions and escalating issues to maintain progress and business continuity.
  • Facilitate ongoing project communication, capturing team and stakeholder feedback to maintain transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Plan and manage change initiatives, onboarding processes, documentation, and training efforts to support scaling and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery, operations management, or technical program execution.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or technical project management in a data center environment. Experience with high-performance compute (HPC) and GPU-based technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Maximo, AutoCAD Construction Cloud, Procore, Sunbird, or building analytics/AI platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex, multi-team technology and operational initiatives.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results independently.

Preferred:

  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational risks or dependencies.
  • Capable of interpreting technical data, mapping workflows, and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration, open feedback, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
