Position Summary
The Programmer/Analyst works directly with CDK’s auto dealership clients to create customized fundable forms, coordinating all questions and changes. This role demonstrates a vital technical expertise between CDK Global and the dealership's business need for legal and transactable forms, with an expanded skill set covering more than one CDK Global solution and/or dealership operation. The Programmer/Analyst works directly with CDK Global Technical Associates regarding product change requests and application defects. Responsible for implementing essential coding, testing and delivery of Forms to our existing and new client base.
Responsibilities
Customer Service: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather form requirements, modifications, and workflows. Ability to communicate technical concepts, constraints, and limitations clearly and positively to customers through effective written and verbal communication.
Leverage Salesforce to access assigned tasks. Evaluate each task based on urgency and importance effectively.
Developing Forms: Design, develop, maintain, and customize digital forms with images, logos, content, and workflows to improve user experience, and support client’s business operations needs and requirements. Develop forms to meet client requirements, government regulation and financial credit validation.
Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot existing forms, updating logic, validation, and layout as required.
POC: Responsible for assisting associates as determined by management and as an escalation point of contact for issues of higher technical abilities.
Documentation: Provide documentation related to completed forms and workflows. Maintains records of workload, client status with regards to problem resolution
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience developing and managing digital forms.
Strong understanding of form logic, field validations, and conditional logic.
Team player who understands the bigger picture and supports team goals.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles to create user friendly forms.
Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Manage multiple form development projects with competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality, and strict adherence to deadlines.
High level of personal accountability and commitment to following processes and policies.
Ability to handle feedback and deliver constructive updates when solutions can’t be implemented as originally requested.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to operate independently with minimal direction and remain focused on delivering positive client outcomes.
Strong sense of professionalism and a career-minded mindset.
Positive attitude toward customers and change management.
Quick learner with strong work ethic and drive.
High school diploma/GED required

Automotive industry experience
Associates or BS Degree or equivalent experience
Hourly Compensation: $22 -$28
