As an Account Manager you will assist our sales organization and drive revenue across DIRECTV’s programmatic products with a focus on our local, reseller, and platform partners to activate demand. You will play an integral role in supporting the DIRECTV sales team with planning, strategizing, executing, and monitoring all partnerships. The account manager will serve as our marketplace and local/reseller partners’ day-to-day contact providing superior customer service leading to revenue retention, growth, and renewals.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for reporting and daily management in our internal and external platforms (SSPs, Unified Auction Solutions) for partnerships inclusive of local and resellers.
  • Build, maintain, and manage deep relationships with Reseller/Local agencies, SSPs, and Platform Partners.
  • Provide high level of customer service to DIRECTV sales and clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests, and proactive resolutions to potential issues.
  • Help strategize and respond to client requests, and general capability inquires based on client’s criteria, KPIs, and targeting parameters. 
  • Manage and closely monitor DIRECTV’s commitment to health to ensure optimal delivery, provide recommendations and maximize revenue across all of our products.
  • Develop deep understanding of DIRECTV’s programmatic OTT/CTV offering, strategy, best practices, capabilities, and products to educate and evangelize both internally and externally serving as a programmatic subject matter expert.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive programmatic revenue growth - Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Inventory.
  • Build and maintain partner pacing reports in DIRECTV’s reporting tool.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 1 year in programmatic ecosystem.
  • Expertise in working with SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and other optimization platforms.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well with others and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience working in MS Office and Excel including, PPT, pivot tables, and manipulation of large data sets.
  • Experience utilizing Project Management/Tracking Tools (SFDC, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, while paying close attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate ability to continuously learn and incorporate feedback to improve workflows and processes.
  • Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and manage multiple account challenges at the same time.

This is a New York City, NY, based position that works both in-office (2 days/week) and remotely. #LI-Remote

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position and work location(s) listed in the job posting US Labor Market Zone(s). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONE

N4: $105,800 - $158,700

Please note that the salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits - when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
