Position Overview:

As an Intapp Program Manager you will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of software implementation projects and initiatives for Intapp’s strategic clients.  You will serve as a primary point of contact for the executive/senior client sponsor regarding all Intapp services and support initiatives.  You will manage interdependencies across all initiatives/projects while ensuring that value is delivered on time and within budget. You will hold the primary responsibility for program success and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a senior, seasoned professional who is adept at leading large teams and strategic programs; someone who will quickly become a trusted advisor and an Intapp corporate ambassador at the client executive level.

What you will do:

  • Prepare, plan, and lead Steering Committee meetings with client C-suite members

  • Provide management in a matrixed capacity to project managers and Intapp support initiative leads

  • Ensure that Intapp solutions and initiatives remain aligned with customer strategic goals throughout the project/software lifecycle; hold regular meetings with client stakeholders to ensure that Intapp solutions are not only aligned to strategic goals but that they also are architected to best support client quote to cash processes

  • Dive into the details in a “hands on” capacity to assist project managers during critical project phases to ensure that deadlines are met, client expectations are managed, and all risks are mitigated, paving the way for successful delivery

  • Ensure that value is understood and realized by the client at the platform level from the collective interoperability of implemented Intapp solutions; this includes working with Intapp architects/solution engineers to ensure the platform is architected in such a way to maximize value and performance

  • Become a trusted advisor of the client Intapp sponsor and senior/executive client stakeholders, meeting regularly to garner their feedback, provide them with insight, and to get out in front of and risks and issues as they arise

  • Manage escalations swiftly with senior client leaders, working with the collective team develop issue resolutions

  • Manage and drive a program plan, to include interdependencies across initiatives, working closely with the project managers and initiative leads

  • Interact regularly with senior client stakeholders and applicable organizations across Intapp to ensure program success

  • Coordinate quarterly roadmap reviews with senior client stakeholders, working closely with various client departments and the Intapp Product team

  • Manage large subcontractors who may be supporting the Intapp team across various initiatives

  • Negotiate with senior level management (internal and external), as needed, to gain win/win resolutions

  • Identify and match the skills of the project team members with projects and initiatives, including subcontractors, ensuring that they know and understand their assignments; this includes identifying any resource gaps on the client or Intapp teams

  • Leverage and incorporate innovative methodologies, enablers, and best practices to accelerate delivery and time to value to customer

  • Identify new opportunities to add value to the client and collaborate with the services segment leader and the account managing director on business development initiatives

What you will Need:

  • A proven track record of successfully working as a leader, consultant, and Program Director in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization to deliver a diverse portfolio of software products and solutions for multiple clients simultaneously. 

  • 8-10 years of senior program direction/management experience – we are looking for candidates who have a track record of success managing large complex software implementations and managing very senior customers in a consultative capacity

  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company or functional role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct customer interaction

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, must be detail-oriented

  • Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers in a start-up environment.

  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Strategic Consulting, Legal, Risk or Accountancy (Big 4) consulting experience is a big plus

  • Excellent hands-on skills with common office automation products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)
