As a Program Manager - Product Migrations in the Commnercial and Investment Banking, you will lead and oversee our product migration initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple migration projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful product transitions and optimize business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive program roadmap for product migrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee multiple migration projects, providing guidance and support to project managers to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and external partners to define program goals, requirements, and success criteria. Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects, balancing priorities and ensuring optimal utilization of team members and tools.
  • Identify and assess program-level risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all migration activities adhere to quality standards and best practices, conducting regular reviews and assessments to maintain program integrity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices for future migration programs.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on product migrations or similar initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in program and project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies.
