Our Newest Opportunity:

The Program Manager will support OneDigital’s National Accounts Employee Benefits practice by driving disciplined project execution across complex, large-market client engagements. This role partners closely with national and regional consultants, producers, client service teams, and internal subject matter experts to ensure client deliverables—such as renewals, open enrollment, vendor implementations, communications, and year-round service commitments—are planned, tracked, and executed with consistency and precision.

Serving as a central point of coordination, the Program Manager will maintain visibility into client service timelines, proactively identify risks or gaps, and help align stakeholders across consulting, compliance, communications, analytics, actuarial, and operations teams. The role will also lead project management for vendor integrations and RFP processes, coordinating with carriers, TPAs, PBMs, and specialty partners to support smooth transitions and plan changes.

With a strong understanding of OneDigital’s employee benefits model and national account delivery standards, the Program Manager will help scale best practices by developing standardized workflows, templates, and reporting across the portfolio. Leveraging project management tools and internal collaboration platforms, this role will enhance execution rigor, improve transparency, and enable consultants to focus on strategic advisory work while ensuring a high-quality, consistent client experience across markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple, concurrent client-facing and internal initiatives supporting OneDigital’s National Accounts Employee Benefits practice.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans for major client deliverables, including renewals, open enrollment, communications, vendor implementations, annual stewardship, and ongoing service commitments.
  • Oversee prioritization, sequencing, and execution of projects to ensure alignment with practice objectives, client expectations, and broader OneDigital strategy.
  • Ensure programs and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with appropriate resource utilization.
  • Partner with producers, national and regional consultants, and client service teams to support planning, tracking, and execution of complex client engagements.
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, timelines, dashboards, and documentation to support client-facing discussions and strategic planning.
  • Maintain continuous visibility into client service commitments, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, or gaps, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Help remove executional roadblocks so consultants can focus on strategic advisory and client advocacy.
  • Lead implementation project management for carriers, TPAs, PBMs, specialty partners, point solutions, and wellness vendors.
  • Coordinate vendor transitions and plan changes in partnership with carriers, data and eligibility teams, compliance, actuarial resources, communications, and internal OneDigital specialists.
  • Support RFP processes by managing timelines, vendor communications, deliverables, and consolidation of materials for consultant and leadership review.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment with timelines, contractual obligations, and client expectations
  • Facilitate collaboration across consulting, compliance, communications, analytics, operations, finance, IT, and other internal teams to ensure consistent delivery across markets.
  • Monitor and coordinate dependencies across projects, resolving conflicts and driving solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, proactive communication throughout the lifecycle of projects and programs.
  • Align program activities with corporate strategy and OneDigital’s operational ecosystem.
  • Lead all planning, documentation, and tracking using project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Asana, Smartsheet, or comparable platforms.
  • Develop and maintain standardized workflows, templates, dashboards, and best practices to support scalable, repeatable delivery.
  • Ensure alignment with PMI standards and program management best practices, while adapting to OneDigital’s business model.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and adoption across the National Accounts team.
