We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager Intern to support cross-functional teams in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to program management practices, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking within a fast-paced, global work environment.
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are interested in program management, operations, or business strategy and want real-world experience managing projects across multiple teams.
Internship DetailsDuration: 3 months, with potential extension based on performance
Start Date: Immediate
Work Mode: Remote
Stipend: Unpaid initially; performance-based evaluation in the first quarter may lead to a paid internship extension or full-time opportunity
Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple programs and initiatives
Support project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams
Prepare program documentation, status reports, and dashboards
Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Identify risks, dependencies, and action items and support mitigation plans
Support internal meetings, follow-ups, and communication workflows
Help improve program processes and documentation standards
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Basic understanding of project or program management concepts
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, PowerPoint, Excel)
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Hands-on experience in program and project management
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a global organization
Practical understanding of Agile workflows and delivery planning
Mentorship from experienced program, engineering, and product leaders
Certificate of Internship Completion upon successful completion
Opportunity for paid or full-time conversion based on performance
