Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of?
At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. It’s a massive, ambitious opportunity that demands the best of us, every day, as we build the emerging onchain platform — and with it, the future global financial system.
To achieve our mission, we’re seeking a very specific candidate. We want someone who is passionate about our mission and who believes in the power of crypto and blockchain technology to update the financial system. We want someone who is eager to leave their mark on the world, who relishes the pressure and privilege of working with high caliber colleagues, and who actively seeks feedback to keep leveling up. We want someone who will run towards, not away from, solving the company’s hardest problems.
Our work culture is intense and isn’t for everyone. But if you want to build the future alongside others who excel in their disciplines and expect the same from you, there’s no better place to be.
While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

It will require a highly organized individual with excellent stakeholder management skills and overall thoughtful execution.

- Lead continuous improvements, including a focus on campaign intake and prioritization, with the aim of increasing high-quality CRM campaign volume tenfold.
- Collaborate and manage dependencies with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Legal, CX, Data Science, and Compliance to build a scalable, efficient, impactful CRM system.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce risk by documenting clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows through playbooks, training, and process guides.
- Develop a roadmap for improved tooling and automations, including the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Systematically identify, catalogue, and document CRM campaign lessons learned for continuous user engagement improvement and optimization.
- Engage in ad hoc high-impact tasks or initiatives to support the broader CRM and Marketing Platforms team as needed.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 4+ years in program management leading complex cross-functional programs.
- MUST have worked at a tech company or fintech environment.
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, capable of transforming incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear plans.
- Experience identifying and implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges.
- Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes.
Nice to haves:
- Experience working directly with Data Science and/or Data Engineering teams.
- Experience working with scalable CRM systems and lifecycle frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise level CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, etc).
- Experience with improving workflows with AI and/or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Basic understanding of statistics as it pertains to A/B testing.
