Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. ECS's F-35 product line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager I to join the Block 4 team. The program manager will support the growing F-35 development portfolio, and be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the development life cycle.
Experience & Skills:
  • Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a project or collection of projects.
  • Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives.
  • Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • US Citizen, Secret Clearance with ability to achieve SAP/SAR.
  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Minimum 5 year of Defense Industry experience.
  • Program management experience or managing multiple contract awards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Provide leadership and program management oversight of a project team assuring the project meets financials, schedule, and technical objectives, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop program/project plans specifying goals, staffing needs, schedule milestones, risks and contingency plans.
  • Direct program activities to meet work objectives and serves as a liaison with customers to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality and successes measures to meet contractual requirements.
  • Communicate with all levels of BAE Systems senior management regarding program performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives.
  • Manage program scope and cost estimating, including estimate to complete/estimate at completion (ETC/EAC) processes.
  • Master of Science and/or MBA.
  • PMP certifications.
  • 7 year of Defense Industry experience.
  • Experience on Production programs

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
