As a Program Manager, primarily supporting our Enterprise business, you will play a critical role in executing the strategy for our Earned Wage Access products. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of programs related to our core business – ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our business objectives – as well as partnering with our central Strategy & Operations group on company-level initiatives. Your experience in dependency and risk management, weekly reporting to & relationship-building with key business stakeholders, and ability to drive accountability of product development at pace will be key to your success in this role and to the shared success of our Program Management Office.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of both business unit-specific programs, as well as occasional company-level strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs

  • Program Management: Oversee multiple projects across our core business unit, managing timelines, resources, and risks to deliver high-quality outcomes, as well as maintaining close partnership with integral cross-functional partners to deliver

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, product marketing, client success, and customer support teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal (R&D, BSLs, Legal, Finance, etc) and possibly external stakeholders (partners or regulatory bodies) to ensure program success and compliance

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with R&D and the Analytics teams to utilize data & reporting to monitor program performance once in market and make informed decisions to drive strategic planning / prioritization. This is informed by clear, communicated success criteria and launch plans.

What You Bring to The Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred; MBA or advanced degree is an added bonus

  • Minimum of 3 years of program management experience, ideally in fintech, payroll, or related industries

  • Experience in driving business-level strategic projects is a plus

  • Proven ability to work alongside cross-functional teams in product delivery cycle, manage complex projects with unique stakeholder needs, and help to continue organizational adoption of PMO’s newer ‘Best Practices’ toolkit

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. This ranges from status meetings held by program, to program health communication to leadership across the organization

  • The ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders in your explanation of initiatives & delivery details – knowing your audience and tailoring your updates accordingly

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile) as well as strong comfortability with JIRA and similar technical tooling systems.

What We Offer:
  • Exceptional health, vision, and dental care

  • Opportunity for equity ownership
