Who You Are
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Program Manager with experience in communications, social media, and working effectively in large organizations to lead operational processes for an employee advocacy team. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and proficiency with Microsoft and vendor platforms. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and improve workflows, while ensuring seamless execution and driving operational excellence.

To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies, please.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead operations for the global distribution of weekly company email to all employees, including:
  • Partner with the internal team leads to create a customized weekly employee email delivered globally across time zones and languages.
  • Coordinate with email/data vendor team to ensure timely and accurate targeted emails weekly and monitor for anomalies in data.
  • Notify email/data vendor team of any changes to the backend policies or systems that may impact the delivery of the email and help troubleshoot solutions as necessary.
  • Regularly monitor performance metrics of the email, interpret the data, and identify when performance is below KPI goals.
Act as a backend expert on the Sprinklr platform
  • Navigate and configure Sprinklr backend for ongoing needs and optimization (topic changes, setting up rules, screener updates, enabling reshares, etc.).
  • Partner with internal teams to flag and resolve any technical issues (privacy, identity, accessibility).
  • Maintain and update program documentation, knowledge base materials, and process guides.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and escalate bugs as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps; Sprinklr; HubSpot).
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes, including AI, quickly and apply them effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with confidence and raise questions as needed.
  • Experience in program management or communications operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Additional Details
 
  • The pay range offered for this position is $75,000 – 90,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
