Join a team focused on making performance transparent, comparable, and action-oriented across a global service portfolio. You’ll help us scale a consistent operating model that strengthens governance, improves decision-making, and drives outcomes across regions and vendors.

Job Summary

As a Vice President, Program Manager in Global Amenity Services, you will help execute and scale the commercial governance and performance management agenda through a consistent, data-led operating model. You will support a centralized performance “decision engine” that standardizes key performance indicators (KPIs), increases performance and cost transparency, and enables pricing governance. You’ll partner closely with Functional Leads, Sourcing, Finance & Business Management (F&BM), Program Management Office (PMO), Product/Technology, regional leaders, and Risk & Controls to ensure performance reporting is trusted, comparable, and decision-ready.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish a globally consistent KPI and performance governance model, including shared definitions and a disciplined operating cadence.
  • Translate strategy and functional priorities into measurable frameworks linking service outcomes, roadmaps, and economics.
  • Define and maintain “golden metrics” and “golden data” standards so leadership can rely on trusted, consistent inputs across regions, vendors, and service lines.
  • Deliver cost-to-serve transparency and insights that inform pricing governance, investment prioritization, and remediation actions.
  • Support pricing governance by enabling decisions that balance global principles with local market needs and vendor economics, backed by measurement and controls.
  • Strengthen vendor governance through KPI-anchored performance narratives, benchmarking, and driver-based insights that support Quarterly Business Reviews and corrective actions.
  • Create structured mechanisms for raising standards exceptions, surfacing issues, quantifying impacts, documenting rationale, and driving timely decisions via defined forums and escalation paths.
  • Produce monthly performance packs and anomaly insights that highlight trends, issues, and actions with clear owners.
  • Enable centralized, data-driven decisions for new launches and for optimizing existing offerings.
  • Partner with Product/Technology to define the performance data roadmap and dashboard strategy that supports portfolio accountability.
  • Drive “decision hygiene” through clear inputs, thresholds, ownership, action tracking, and follow-through across stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in performance management, analytics, business operations, finance, commercial strategy, or similar roles in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, including KPI discipline, cost-to-serve and unit economics, pricing levers, and the ability to convert data into executive-ready insights.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment in a matrixed environment across functional, regional, and vendor partners.
  • Ability to build and run repeatable processes and operating cadences, including action tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Experience defining requirements and translating business needs into scalable reporting and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build concise materials for operating reviews and executive updates.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting pricing governance frameworks, controls, and decision forums in a global operating model.
  • Experience building benchmarking and anomaly detection approaches for performance management.
  • Familiarity partnering with Risk & Controls to strengthen measurement integrity and governance.
