CodePath is the largest educator of college computer science students in the country. We've trained over 40,000 students from 1,000+ universities, and our partners include Amazon, Google, and other leading technology companies. We've spent nearly a decade training the next generation of technical talent, and we just launched a $150M initiative with Anthropic, building one of the most ambitious AI workforce programs in the world.
We're now expanding into new markets and scaling our team so we can move at the speed AI is transforming the workforce. People joining CodePath now will have the opportunity to help architect the next frontier of our work.
We believe technical skill is the fastest way to turn raw talent into real opportunity. We train the engineers the AI era runs on, building toward millions of learners, hundreds of millions in revenue, and billions in economic impact. If you want to own something and be part of a 0-to-1 journey at an organization moving at the speed of AI, this is the place to build it.
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time
Reporting to: Senior Director, AI Programs
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000
Together with Anthropic, CodePath launched Claude Corps in June 2026, a national fellowship program with a $150 million commitment to place 1,000 AI-trained fellows at nonprofits across America. CodePath is Claude Corps' employer of record and leads all fellow programming: the training, the curriculum, and the operational infrastructure that makes the fellowship run.
Inside CodePath, Claude Corps spans multiple teams and partners: curriculum, engineering, people, and program operations on our side, and Anthropic, host organizations, and our fund manager on the outside. This role keeps everything moving. You own the program plan, run the operating rhythm, manage cross-partner relationships day to day, and ensure every team knows where things stand and what they need next, escalating gaps as you spot them. The program's strategy and operating model are set by the Office of the CEO. You're the person who makes them run.
This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for someone who likes being the person everything routes through. You're a problem solver who brings order to fast-moving work, you communicate clearly enough that very different audiences can act on it, and AI is core to how you operate.
What you'll doOwn the Claude Corps program plan
- Own and maintain the master program plan across all Claude Corps workstreams, holding a single, accurate view of where things stand and what's at risk
- Track program timelines, launch milestones, communications, and dependency maps across teams
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with our external partners (Anthropic, host organizations, and our fund manager), keeping commitments, timelines, and hand-offs on track
Drive cross-functional alignment
- Run the cadence of planning meetings, status updates, and stakeholder check-ins that keep every workstream moving together
- Clear blockers, and escalate the decisions that need an owner above the workstream level
- Produce executive-level reporting up to the Office of the CEO, plus clear, regular status updates for teams, stakeholders, and partners
Codify the systems that let the program scale
- Codify and systemize mature workstreams so they're documented and hand-off-ready as the program grows
- Design lightweight process and tooling that add rigor without bureaucracy, partnering with our other program and product managers to keep the stack and operating process consistent across teams
- Build the operational backbone that lets Claude Corps scale from its first cohort to thousands of fellows
- 3+ years running complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs. Capability matters more than pedigree, and standout candidates can be more junior with strong entrepreneurial experience
- Comfortable inheriting a plan, benchmark, or assumption you didn't build and know when to trust it, when to question it, and who to verify it with before acting
- Founding or early-team experience: you've founded a company or worked on a small, fast-moving, high-performing team with a wide scope of ownership and real autonomy. Entrepreneurial side projects count, and they don't have to be in tech
- Exceptional written and visual communication: you can write and wordsmith a press release or a blog post, and the supporting slide decks, visuals, and copy that go with them, tuned for a range of critical stakeholders
- AI-first operations and execution: AI tools and project management software (Claude, Asana) are core to how you work
- A baseline of technical fluency, enough to be a credible, valuable partner to program, product, and engineering team
- A track record in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly without a full playbook
- Comfort reading program data (a pipeline, a status dashboard) well enough to spot risk to program goals and know what to escalate
