  • Contribute to cross-functional workflows that ensure regulatory commitments are consistently met, including reporting, dashboarding, and escalations.

  • Partner with teams across Government Relations, Legal, Operations, and Data to ensure our compliance infrastructure supports market needs.

  • Participate in identifying opportunities for operational improvements and risk mitigation related to city compliance.

  • Help create internal documentation, workflows, and recurring reviews that improve visibility and accountability across teams.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in tech-enabled operations, with experience automating complex business processes at large-scale.

  • A master in writing efficient SQL, with expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Scripts Python)

  • Demonstrated ability to develop automated monitoring systems and scalable reporting tools.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort working with Legal, Government Relations, Engineering, and Data Science.

  • Experience building and documenting SOPs, escalation workflows, and operational playbooks.

  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risk

  • High tolerance for ambiguity with a natural reflex for reducing a complex business problem into well-structured tangible components
