We are reimagining GTM at Databricks and are seeking an AI Operations Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of AI agent deployments. You'll own the process from ideation through design, QA, field enablement, and daily operations. You'll bridge senior sales leadership and technical teams, ensuring AI agents deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate possesses strong program management skills, deep technical acumen, an understanding of existing processes in the business, and a passion for scaling AI-powered solutions.

The impact you will have:

The Scaled Prospecting Ops Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI agent implementations, managing every phase except technical build:

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and areas in the business where agents can drive performance improvement.
  • Documentation & Governance: Develop Business Intent Docs,  Define how agents should behave through SOPs, understand and apply governance frameworks, and detailed process documentation for agent behavior, decision logic, and systems integration.
  • QA & Deployment Management: Lead UAT/QA, execute SOQL queries for data validation, coordinate testing, manage phased rollouts, and conduct technical troubleshooting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools and alignment with business objectives.
  • Training & Field Enablement: Build comprehensive enablement materials, including training guides, documentation, FAQs, and playbooks, and design/deliver training programs to ensure confident adoption of AI solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor AI system performance using data analysis and custom queries. Resolve performance gaps through prompt refinement, workflow tuning, data quality improvements, and A/B testing to achieve target conversion benchmarks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define, track, and optimize KPIs (task accuracy, resolution speed, user satisfaction) by building dashboards (SOQL/SQL), implementing A/B testing, and conducting regular business reviews.

What we look for:

  • Experience: 1-5 years in sales, sales ops or a related field with at least 2 years of experience managing tools or technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools. Agent building, SOQL, and Python experience is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence without authority. Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, and drive change within an organization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs to technical teams
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Adaptability & Curiosity
    • Willingness to learn new low-code or no-code platforms, adapting quickly to evolving technologies and user requirements.
    • Passion for staying current with AI advancements that simplify AI deployment, configuration, and management.
