Our Vision: Machines Will Be Our Future Workforce

At MachineFi Lab, we're not just envisioning the future; we're actively building it—today. We power the new reward economy by fostering a fairer, safer, and more rewarding Internet of Things (IoT). Central to our mission is the concept of Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), a paradigm shift leveraging blockchain technology for capital formation and human coordination on a global scale. By enabling contributions to real-world infrastructure — spanning wireless, mobility, compute, energy, storage, and beyond — we empower individuals to invest in and shape the foundation of our future society. Leveraging our cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure, a robust suite of DePIN Modules, and expertise in crafting blockchain-integrated devices, MachineFi stands at the forefront of the DePIN revolution.

Are you a maverick? A digital renegade? Are you someone who challenges the status quo, believing, against all odds, that you can change the world? If so, MachineFi is for you. Join us, and be part of the movement shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow.

We are working with world-class developers, and startups that work on MachineFi use cases and applications, and we're looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and passionate Program Manager to accelerate projects building on our tech and resources to ensure their success. • Identify, recruit, and onboard subject matter experts, curriculum creators, mentors, and advisors to help develop workshops, activities, and other resources to maximize project success
  • Develop and drive the educational programs and curriculum, mentor scheduling, administrative duties and while creating an excellent experience for projects in the ecosystem
  • Plan and drive culture-building and networking events for projects in the ecosystem
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop new strategies, assess educational program strengths, and address areas for improvement

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • 5 years + previous startup/tech experience, ideally in an operations-based role
  • Ability to lead multiple programs from beginning to end - project management and client-facing experience are ideal, alongside being a quick learner
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.
  • An ability to think creatively to solve problems and work without being closely managed
  • Understanding and engagement within the venture and startup ecosystem; and a network within that ecosystem is a plus
  • Past experience in leading or supporting a tech startup accelerator or incubator preferred
  • Past experience in a tech startup or coaching startups in several areas of their development preferred
  • Passion for tech startups and entrepreneurship preferred
  • Web3 or blockchain technology ecosystem knowledge is a plus
