The Program Design & Contracts Manager will enhance client onboarding, ensure contract compliance, and maintain communication across teams. This role demands strong organizational skills and client-focused service.
The Opportunity:
Facility Optimization Solutions, LLC (FOS), a subsidiary of CannonDesign, is looking for an experienced and highly organized Program Design & Contracts Manager with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences and ensuring rigorous contract compliance. The Program Design & Contracts Manager is the driving force behind establishing a seamless client onboarding process that inspires trust in Simplebid®, our proprietary Job Order Contracting (JOC) software. This role requires attention to detail and compliance expertise to ensure all contracts align with National, State, and local laws. Moreover, the ability to facilitate a smooth transition to our Operations team and maintain a well-structured calendar will play a critical role in achieving ongoing client success. This position may be filled anywhere in the United States. Preference may be given to candidates that can work in one of the CannonDesign locations.
Position Responsibilities:
Crafting an Exceptional Onboarding Experience
- Develop and continually refine the client onboarding experience to make this process not just efficient but replicable, building trust and confidence in the services Simplebid provides.
- Establish and maintain consistent communication with our various in-house teams. Ensuring alignment and collaboration among teams is crucial to delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate closely with our legal department, responsible for ensuring that all contracts adhere to National, State, and local laws. Diligence in this area is essential to protect the interests of both our clients and Simplebid.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for clients to our Operations team.
- Responsible to ensure that clients continue to experience high level of service and satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar to stay ahead of client needs and ensure we are well-prepared for bidding on new contracts
- Creation of a global calendar that incorporates each client's unique bidding cycles and tracks contract renewal dates.
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Job Order Contracting experience preferred.
- Kaizen approach to continuous improvement.
- Must have with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of contract compliance and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
- A track record of creating outstanding client experiences.
- The ability to align and coordinate diverse teams to work cohesively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Project) required.
- Experience with Deltek, Dropbox, and Salesforce preferred.

The salary range for this position is $92,200 to $115,200 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
