We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will serve a key role in facilitating the flow of information between CLEAResult staff, clients and customers. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, self-motivated go-getters who are responsible, accountable and reliable to meet our customer’s and client’s needs!​

· Review project documentation to ensure accuracy and completion.

· Be highly detailed and independent in exercising judgment for matters concerning project execution, data storage, and data organization.

· Enter, modify and track data via multiple web-based applications.

· Ensure data in web-based applications are up-to-date and accurate.

· Identify and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate supervisors.

· Previous relevant industry experience preferred but training will be provided.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Customer service experience.

· Highly organized with close attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication.
