Narvar is growing! We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Program & Operations Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving key internal projects, processes, and analytics that support our innovation, operational efficiency, and overall business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure projects and results are delivered aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about optimizing internal processes and scaling new business offerings. This role reports into our VP of Partnerships & Innovation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and stakeholders, and lead and facilitate relevant meetings.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate efforts between departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Build necessary models and reports (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate forecast and scenario planning.
- Analyze data to identify trends, lessons learned, and areas for future improvement.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within internal operations.
- Identify and build the foundation for scalable growth.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and ensuring alignment on team objectives.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes clearly and regularly to all relevant parties.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager or Operations role within a SaaS company.
- Demonstrated experience managing internal projects, particularly those related to product development, operational efficiency, or business systems.
- Strong understanding of transactional business models and the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello) or templates.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and collaborative; able to work with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple deliverables at any given time
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficiency with data sources (e.g. Salesforce) and analytical tools (e.g. Google sheets, Excel)
- Self-motivated, curious, and rapid learner who is comfortable working in ambiguity
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with SAAS, B2B required
- Previous startup experience strongly preferred
