Maintains delivery, milestone, dependency, risk, action, and review trackers; analyzes schedules and delivery impacts; prepares status reports and data calls; tracks submissions, Government reviews, comment resolution, and acceptance; performs throughput and maturity analysis; and maintains traceability between requirements, work products, and delivery status.

True Zero is seeking a Program Analyst to support the contractor team with structured delivery analysis, artifact tracking, schedule maintenance, and performance visibility across the VA Zero Trust acceleration effort.
The analyst supports the Technical Project Lead and Deputy Program Manager by maintaining accurate records of deliverables, milestones, Government inputs, implementation waves, risks, dependencies, and review comments without assuming Government program management responsibilities.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain integrated trackers for deliverables, milestones, implementation waves, dependencies, actions, decisions, and review comments.
- Support schedule analysis and identify potential delivery impacts caused by access, approvals, system readiness, test windows, or third-party dependencies.
- Prepare recurring status summaries and data calls using validated information from technical workstreams.
- Track deliverable submission, Government review periods, comment disposition, and acceptance status.
- Support quantitative analysis of implementation throughput, maturity assessment cadence, and artifact completion.
- Maintain organized repositories and traceability between SOW requirements, work products, and delivery status.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Three or more years of program analysis, project coordination, or technical delivery support experience.
- Experience with schedule, risk, action, deliverable, and dependency tracking.
- Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Federal cybersecurity programs.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust or enterprise security modernization.
