Production Supervisor
 

Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operations across the Perth Metro Region.
 

In your new role with us, you will:

  • Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers

  • Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business

  • Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency

  • Engage with customers and respond to enquiries

  • Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

  • Previous Concrete Batching experience will be highly regarded but not essential to be considered for this opportunity - training will be provided

  • Front End Loader and forklift ticket is advantage but can be gained in the role

  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening

About us:

 

Heidelberg Materials Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry, through our network of over 300 quarry's, ready-mixed concrete plants, logistics and support operations.
Concrete batching or truck scheduling / logistics experience is highly desirable however not essential as training will be provided. This opportunity is a permanent full-time role and required 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday - with ample overtime and weekend work, in accordance with business needs.
