About The Role 💻 

We are looking for an intern to join our team and help us move the Companies Screening solutions forward/to the next level.
This role is crucial to provide the smartest and fastest solution to show accurately our clients the activities other companies are involved in, such as the production of controversial weapons, by further advancing the automatization of data collection through the use of GenAI and, specifically, LLMs

You must comply with the following conditions:

  • Able to sign an internship agreement with a Spain-based university
  • Authorized to work in Spain
  • Having a minimum C1 English level. We communicate in English all the time

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

Working as a Product Research & Innovation Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing detailed manual checks of specific companies and indicators, while understanding the rationale behind certain exposures.
  • Utilizing LLMs in Python or other programming languages, or demonstrating a strong willingness to learn, with a focus on developing and refining prompts to automate processes efficiently.
  • Procuring, verifying, and processing sustainability data by browsing through financial, exchange, and government regulator websites and materials.
  • Identifying and proposing improvements and refinements to our methodologies.

The role is based in Madrid, Spain

What You’ll Need 👀

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Python languages. Ability to handle complex data sets.
  • Great quantitative skills.
  • Critical thinking 
  • Self-starter, able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina.
  • Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when short of information.
  • Highly motivated & independent
  • Passionate about sustainability

Nice To Have ✨

  • Having previous working experience will be a plus.
  • Experience using a programming language, such as Python, to work on LLMs projects.
