Every year, hundreds of thousands of businesses shut down, yet the process remains messy, expensive, and underserved. At SimpleClosure, our mission is to make business shutdowns seamless, compliant, and stress free, because closing a company shouldn’t feel harder than starting one.
We recently raised our $15 million Series A and were named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025. Backed by top investors and trusted by hundreds of startups, we’re rapidly establishing ourselves as the technology leader in this space. Join us and make an outsized impact as we create innovative solutions for businesses, their teams, and their stakeholders.
We’re looking for a Strategic Product Partnerships to own and scale SimpleClosure’s partner ecosystem. This person will be defining the strategy, developing deep integrations, negotiating win-win deals, and embedding our product where founders need it most. This is not a traditional channel or referral partnerships role, it’s about creating high-impact, integrated relationships that unlock recurring revenue and position SimpleClosure as an essential part of the founder journey.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, product, and sales teams to identify, structure, and execute strategic partnerships with technology platforms, financial services, and ecosystems that interact with founders at key inflection points — from startup to shutdown.

Ensure SimpleClosure is seamlessly embedded into partner workflows and customer experiences.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work hand-in-hand with Product, GTM, and Operations to scope, prioritize, and execute integrations that create measurable impact.
Use customer and partner data signals to continuously optimize how partnerships deliver value.
Measure & Scale Impact
